Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Request: Students can request cancellation of their course/service enrollment by contacting AI NEXUS IT Institute through our official contact details.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided only for eligible courses/services as per the applicable terms and conditions.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of refund approval.
- Refund Method: The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method/bank account used for the transaction.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Registration, administrative, payment gateway, or other applicable service charges may be non-refundable.
- After Course Commencement: Refund eligibility may be affected if the training/course or related services have already commenced or been substantially delivered.
- Refund Request Details: Students should provide their name, registered mobile number/email, course name, and payment/transaction details when requesting a refund.
