Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At AINEXUSIT CONSULTING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality education and training. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring students to cancel or withdraw from a course. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before Course Commencement:

    • A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

    • A 10% administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date.

  • After Course Commencement:

    • If refund request is raised within the 1st week then refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days after approval

    • After the first week: No refunds will be issued
